Window Shutter Earring Display and Storage
Buy an inexpensive window shutter from a home improvement store. Turn the shutter upside down and hang it on the wall much like you would hang a framed picture.
The slats are the perfect angle for hanging hook-style earrings. It looks great and you can get SEVERAL earrings on one shutter.
Get really ambitious and place a shutter on either side of a wall mirror and create a "window and shutters" look for displaying and storing your earrings. This method keeps them all in view so you remember which earrings you have for the perfect outfit.
